Good news Service is at a normal state and we are monitoring the systems:

Update:

The service was affect by DDOS attack that is a "Distributed Denial of Service attack" where floods the service with extreme amount of data taking down the service.

When this happens it brings the streams connections down which most of you were experiencing with no connection to the system. The systems are now back to normal but if you are still encountering issues we strongly recommend to follow the steps below.

 

Please follow the below steps if you are still having issues with the service,

To help resolve the issue, please try the following steps:

1. Turn off both your Router and TV for about 5 minutes.

2. After 5 minutes, turn on your Router first and wait for it to boot up fully.

3. Once your Router is up and running, turn on your TV.

4. Connect your TV to your WiFi network.

5. Relaunch your app and re-enter your credentials. 

Clearing the caches and re-establishing the connection often helps in resolving such issues. If the problem persists after trying these steps, please let us know, and we'll investigate further.
